L-R: Ben Myshrall, Tim Manning & Lincoln Gray in

Young actors from various towns outside of Portland have been drawn to the stage of Warren Memorial Library Auditorium in downtown Westbrook, where Reindeer Theatre Company will be presenting the British comedy MY VERY OWN STORY.

Written by Alan Ayckbourn and Directed by Louis Philippe, MY VERY OWN STORY brings together three storytellers accidentally triple-booked to present their tales. A macabre, darkly humorous morality tale takes on delightful twists when the squabbling tale-spinners assert their differing artistic visions, causing conflict and mayhem with an already leery cast.

Starring as the three storytellers are Lincoln Gray of Westbrook, Ben Myshrall of Windham, and Tim Manning of North Conway, NH. Rachel Chenard of Biddeford, Laura Drew of Gray, Brietta Hopkins of Gorham, Emily Myshrall of Windham and Katie Zema of South Portland and also portray featured roles.

MY VERY OWN STORY will be presented for two weekends, September 9, 10 & 11 and 16, 17 & 18. Friday and Saturdays are 7:30 PM shows and Sundays are 2 PM Matinees.

Tickets are $10/Adults and only $5 for Seniors and Young people under 18. For reservations and information, call Reindeer at 857-9002. Tickets can also be purchased online at Rudy’s Department Store.
