Everyone knows the story of Little Red Riding Hood…or do they?

Reindeer Theatre Company presents the classic children’s tale from April 29 thru May 8, at the Warren Memorial Library in Westbrook (where RTC started in 1993).

Adapted by British Playwright Belinda Roberts, RED RIDING HOOD is full of twists and surprises. Directed by Louis Philippe with production assistance from Kathleen Peterson, Robin Wilkins and Ed Candelmo, the way this play is written allows the young cast members to have fun and be very creative.

The cast is a wonderful collection of children from the Greater Portland area, from Biddeford to Cumberland Foreside, Portland to Windham, and also includes some first-time actors from Westbrook: Justin Cedrone, Rachel Champoux, Gabriel Doss, Beck Doucette, Elijah Doucette, Christina Marie Doyon, August Halm-Perazone, Leighann Lomonte, Mark Lomonte, Tyler Loring, Ashley Lowell, Anna McKee, Sharra Paquereau, Shelbi Wassick and Ali Wilkerson.

The shows take place in the upstairs auditorium of Warren Memorial Library, 479 Main St., Westbrook. Showdates are: FRI, April 29 -7:30 PM; SAT, April 30 -7:30 PM; SUN, May 1 -2 PM; FRI, May 6 -7:30 PM; SAT, May 7 -7:30 PM; and SUN, May 8 -2 PM.
